How to check if you have to pay toll
Check your truck's technical maximum weight in the field ‘F1’ on the registration certificate or in the Danish Register of Motor Vehicles (DMR).
Check under usage in the Danish Register of Motor Vehicles (DMR): If your truck is registered for freight transport, as a motor vehicle for hauling of semi-trailers, or has a special permits, you will have to pay toll.
As a general rule: if you are currently paying road user charge, you will have to pay toll from 2025.
